Patients for Patient Safety initiative (P4PSI) is an organisation that aims to educate and empower common people and patients, with non -medical background, about medical harm and safe care. It is established under the aegis of CAHO, an organisation dedicated to safe and quality medical care. P4PSI is an aggregator of authentic knowledge and best practices in medical care, from across the globe. Simultaneously, we want to capture incidents of harm patients may have suffered that could have been avoided, and share these learnings with the medical fraternity.

The geographical reach will be India and accessible across the globe. The target audience incudes patients, families and caregivers in urban, semi urban as well as rural areas. . This will be propagated initially in English and then translated in regional languages.

Current Openings :

This is an ongoing initiative but the initial contract will be for One Year with possibility for extension depending on performance.

 Emoluments-Rs 4 to 5 lacs pa—depending on merit

  • Number of Position(s): 1
  • Reporting: Head Chairman/Trustee
  • Location: New Delhi
  • Education: Graduate/Post graduate, English language skills, digital skills.
  • Experience :4-5 years association in any medical/pharmaceutical/hospital industry with understanding of broad healthcare processes and common terminology.
  • Prior experience in working with National Health Mission, hospitals, public relations helpful

Key Responsibilities :

  • Research articles/ information, content development and drafting, for print and digital media.
  • Communication with large populations, and keep track of outreach and response.
  • Liaison with contacts and external agencies.
  • Events coordination- like webinars, seminars, campaigns, or physical events.
  • Liaison with/for website,
  • Social media handles, create and SM updating
  • Support the enhancement of business process related to the development of Patient safety
  • Office Administrative responsibilities
  • Budget and accounts control
  • Dealing with junior staff
  • Liaison with trustees and other seniors within and outside the organization
  • Any other as required

Skills & Competencies:

  • Fluent in English. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills along with strong interpersonal relations and teamwork skills
  • Good IT skills, Proficiency in MS Office applications like Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Web Surfing
  • Well versed with latest Ed Tech tools
  • Prior experiences with clinical Content development for Health care providers on MNH and Public interface
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, analyse, innovate, plan, write and execute ideas, as well as impart knowledge and skills
  • Demonstrated learning agility, pro-activeness, and openness to embrace new technologies at work
  • Detailed oriented. The ability of multi-tasking

About the Role:

Position Title PA 22: Project Assistant 1 year, with possibility for extension depending on performance

  • We need a full time Project Assistant who can handle the following under guidance of Project Manager and senior Trustees. :

Job Description

  • Research articles, Content development and drafting, for print and digital media.
  • Keep track of communication and outreach and response.
  • Liaison with contacts and external agencies.
  • Assist in events coordination- like webinars, seminars, campaigns, or physical events.
  • Creating/updating material for website, SM etc
  • Sorting and storing information- digital and physical, in systematic way for easy retrieval
  • Any other task as given by the organization

Number of Positions: 1

Reporting head- Project Manager, Trustees 

Location : Delhi

Education: Graduate with 3-5 years experience, excellent English language and communication and Content writing skills, fluent in MS Office

Experience : 2 years in any health care, medical and allied industry preferred .

Digital promotion skills and experience in any NGO

Emoluments-Rs 2 to 3 lacs pa—depending on merit
