Patients For Patient Safety Intiative - Patient For Patient Safety Initiative, was founded in India in September 2020 under the aegis of CAHO and QAI. It is a collaborative effort of individuals from civil society, committed to the cause of patient safety, along with health care providers, quality and safety organisations.
